I usually only buy toys if they seem old, are in relatively good condition and have some sort of branding/date on them.  Something to do a little bit of research off of.  If I had no information and listed this as "Old Plastic Toy Horse" I don't think I would've gotten $25 for it.  Luckily I found a small logo on this horse, did some research on it, listed and sold a great quality item!  The stuff is out there guys, just start hunting, researching and selling!

While I was out garage sale hunting I drove by some chairs sitting on the curb and almost fainted. 3 Antique Lyre Back Chairs just getting ready to be thrown away. Scooped those up right away not knowing for sure what my intention was. They need to be restored but I've seen these priced all over the place.  I listed these on eBay as local pickup only for $150 or best offer.  We will see if I get any hits on this.  I've never tried local pickup yet so if this goes well this might open up a new window for me to start selling a few bigger items...although my garage is getting pretty full of just small items all ready so we will see!

Sold a black Wilson's leather Motorcycle jacket (used) for $79.99 (plus shipping)
Purchased for $10.

Sold a vintage Norelco Razor with case (in working condition) for $25.00 (plus shipping)
Purchased for 50 cents.

Total profit on these two items - $94.49.

Currently we have under 60 items in our store so stuff isn't flying out the door like we'd like it too.  Our current goal is to get to 100 items in our store by the end of August.  This should be more than do-able since I have probably close 100 - 150 items in my garage just waiting to be dusted off, photographed, and listed!
